Our offer

   According to the past experience with companies we cooperate with, for manpower the reference conditions for our clients are the following:

1. Duration of contract: 6 months;
1.1 With possible extension for a similar period(s) upon agreement between parties.

2. Working hours:
2.1 From Monday to Friday 8 hours.

3. Europe owner scope of services is:
3.1. Accommodation for workers
3.2. Transportation from/to nearest airport on arrival and departure.
3.3. Transportation from apartments to the shipyard site on working days.
3.4. Lunch at the shipyard's canteen during working time from Monday to Friday.
3.5. Medical examinations/tests will be performed on arrival according to shipyard's requisites.
3.6. All working tools, safety equipment and working clothes (not including working boots).

4. SUPPLIER'S ( SC JUMBO PRO STEEL SRL ) scope of services will be:
4.1. Recruitment and employment of workers (salaries, social charges and taxes).
4.2. Issuing and signing with workers of an employment contract (it has to be according to Europe labor legislation).
4.3. Work Accident Insurance for workers (150.000 Euros per worker according to shipyard's requisites).
4.4. Expenses with flight tickets from origin to nearest airport.
4.5. Expenses with all other meals besides the ones mentioned on 3.4 (i.e. breakfast and dinner all days and lunch on Saturday and Sunday).
4.6. The following documents will be delivered to Europe owner one week before workers' arrival (according to shipyard requisites): copy of passport, copy of employment contract (English version), copy of welding certificates issued by GL or other IACS class society (only for welders), copy of Work Accident Insurance Policy (English version), copy of E101 (signed and stamped by National Social Security, the print form used for application may be acceptable - to be confirmed, the final E101 document is preferred). The workers will not get their access card before that all above mentioned documents are delivered to the shipyard and the medical tests are concluded (usually the first day after arrival to be used for medical tests and safety training).
4.7. The workers will have to pass medical tests by a local company at the shipyard (if not, they will not be given access to the shipyard and will have to return home at Supplier's expenses).
4.8. The workers will bring their own working boots.
4.9. The contract between Supplier and Europe owner shall be written in English and will be according to Europe and EU laws for services contracts (this contract has to be delivered to the shipyard). All conditions that both parties don't want to disclose will be included in annexes to the services contract).

5. Price, invoices and payment:
5.1. Supplier will offer a standard price per hour (that same price will be applicable to extra hours and to the hours executed by the foreman);
5.2. Europe office will send to the Supplier, up to the third day of each month, a table with the hours executed by each worker and the foreman.
5.3. Supplier will send to Europe owner an invoice (first by e-mail and later by post).
5.4. Europe owner will pay by bank transfer after receiving the invoice (usually not later than the 5th working day of each month).

A price per hour is negotiable
